Once approved and sent to production, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except in cases of damage or incorrect product delivery.

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details.
We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped or entered production.
After this window, cancellation may not be possible.
Delivery timelines depend on product type and location. In-stock items are dispatched faster, while print-on-demand items may require additional production time.
We partner with logistics providers such as Delhivery for delivery across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on courier performance and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
